Customers may check the status of their order once payment is completed, by logging into the website (using ‘Client Login’), or by clicking Order Status. If there are any questions related to the delivery of any order, we ask the customer to immediately contact our AU office staff.

If you need to return or exchange an item, we provide a 100% money back guarantee, with the following conditions:
If you find a defect with our product after purchase, immediately contact us to let us know the details of the problem. Then simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
We will issue a full refund on receipt. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days from receipt unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Return delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

You warrant that:

the personal data which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and
you will notify us immediately of any changes to the personal data by updating these details on your online account.
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.
We will collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree and understand that we may process your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Terms of Trade

The Bag Broker is a broker only. We do accept and will settle all claims and disputes according to the laws of the Republic of China.  

Actual shipment volumes may vary up to 10% in either direction from the pro forma invoice amount. The order will be settled based on actual shipped volumes.

Any quotes have a defined validity only. This validity will never exceed 30 calendar days. All pricing may be revised without prior notice. 

Payment by T/T:  

When paying by T/T, a 50% deposit must be paid before printing commences. Please note that artwork processing can take place before the 50% deposit is paid. Once the order ships and proof of shipment are forwarded, the final 50% must be settled. The order will not be released from the freight forwarder, until the balance is settled. 

 All price quotes are in AUD. However, when settling by T/T. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct amount is remitted. 

Payment by L/C:

The Bag Broker accepts payment by T/T and by L/C.; however, L/C’s are not accepted for amounts below US$20,000. All L/C’s issued to us must be transferable and divisible. Moreover, The Bag Broker only accepts 100% at sight L/C.
