Four sealed corners, serious structure

The quad seal bag is recognisable by all four of its corners being sealed. Combined with a rectangular bottom, that vertical sealing gives it real structure — it stands upright better than a side gusset bag and reinforces the seams for heavier products.

The square shape stacks neatly for transport and displays sharply on the shelf, taking up less width than a standing pouch for the same volume. And all four sides are clear for print — front, back and both gussets — giving you the branding space of a box bottom bag in a premium coffee silhouette.

Resealable zipper

A standard zipper creates an airtight, user-friendly reclose — a key advantage over the side gusset bag.

One-way degassing valve

Add a valve so CO₂ can escape from freshly roasted beans without letting oxygen in — with or without, your choice.

Tin ties & tear notches

Finish with tin ties for a classic look and tear notches so the bag opens cleanly without scissors.
